- What technologies does Triptych use?
- We work with modern, production-proven tools: React, Node.js, Next.js, PHP, and Three.js for immersive web experiences. For CMS, we build custom solutions using Craft or headless platforms, depending on your needs. If it's in your stack, chances are we've used it (or improved it).
- Can you work with our existing design or CMS?
- Yes. Whether you have Figma files, a legacy WordPress install, or an in-house design system that needs translating to code, we can plug in, clean up, and carry it forward. We've seen the spaghetti. We know what to do.
- Do you use AI in your development process?
- Yes, we use AI as a tool to support our developers, not replace them. It helps us automate repetitive tasks, catch bugs faster, and explore solutions more efficiently. But every decision, line of code, and system architecture is led by experienced humans. We don't hand projects over to black-box builders or ship anything we haven't fully vetted ourselves.
- How do you handle collaboration across teams?
- Our devs don't work in silos. We're looped in early during discovery and design so that what gets built is what was actually intended. Regular syncs, shared documentation, and real-time Slack channels keep things smooth. No black boxes here.
- What kind of support do you offer after launch?
- We won't ghost you. Post-launch, we offer structured support ranging from bug fixes and optimization to training, CMS walkthroughs, and long-term iteration plans. We also produce documentation that's actually readable, and monthly maintenance plans that fit your team and your budget.
