We knew our project was small and simple compared to the complex and intricate development work they do, but they still made us feel like a top client! Truly grateful that we chose to work with Triptych and would recommend them to anyone!

Ask About Your ProjectQuestions, answered.
- What communication tools does Triptych use?
- We tailor communication tools to your team's preferences. Typically, we use Slack or email for ongoing updates, Google Meet for scheduled meetings, and Teamwork or UpClick for project tracking and documentation. Figma is used for collaborative design feedback, and we're happy to integrate with your systems where it makes sense.
- How often will we meet or hear from you?
- We believe in staying proactive and predictable. Most projects include a bi-weekly check-in call, plus asynchronous updates for milestones, reviews, or decisions. If timelines are tighter, we'll meet more frequently. You'll always know what's in progress and what's needed next. After a project launches and maintenance has started, we meet with you on a monthly basis to review and report on your priorities.
- Will we have a main point of contact?
- Yes. Every project includes a dedicated project manager who serves as your primary point of contact. They keep communication clear, priorities aligned, and progress moving. You'll also meet key team members along the way, designers, developers, and strategists, depending on the phase.
- What do you expect from our team?
- Clear communication goes both ways. We'll ask you to review work promptly, share internal feedback efficiently, and raise questions early. When we get timely feedback and access to the right people, we stay on track and deliver better outcomes.
- What kind of support do you offer after launch?
- We won't ghost you. Post-launch, we offer structured support ranging from bug fixes and optimization to training, CMS walkthroughs, and long-term iteration plans. We also provide documentation that's actually readable, and monthly maintenance plans that fit your team and your budget.
- What's your approach to transparency?
- We don't hide the ball. From kickoff through launch, you'll have access to timelines, task boards, shared docs, and live progress updates. If something shifts, a timeline, a scope item, or a blocker, we'll flag it early and talk through next steps together.
