TVPPA’s redesigned site pairs a clean, user-first interface with a robust back end, streamlining communication, workflows, and user management while preserving revenue streams.
The new TVPPA site showcases their exhaustive training and education offerings through a polished, intuitive front end with secure login and personalized dashboards. Members see tailor-made access to training programs, upcoming events, and exclusive resources, powered by Triptych’s seamless integration of automated and manually curated data streams from TVPPA’s LMS, Salesforce CRM, and Cvent platforms.

A custom CMS gives TVPPA administrators granular control over who sees what, by organization, role, or individual status, so content and services reach only the right people while day-to-day administration stays simple.
Behind the scenes, SAML, JSON, and API integrations power automated daily syncs across platforms, with manual on-demand updates when timing matters. TVPPA keeps full control over the flow of their data without sacrificing automation or reliability.

The platform is built on Craft CMS and hosted via Craft Cloud, leveraging AWS infrastructure for reliable performance, daily backups, and elastic scalability to accommodate future growth. Global content delivery is handled through CloudFront CDN, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience across regions. With these tools TVPPA is leveraged for success long into the future and we are grateful they chose Triptych as their interactive technology partner.
